We are a user-orientated service organization and provide the smoothest possible infrastructural operation at TU Graz. We summarize the various user requirements in a procedural concept for the whole University, which we then implement. <b>Mission statement</b> When realizing projects, we take note of the guidelines of corporate design and in this way, help to implement the mission statement of TU Graz: <ul><li>in designing outdoor areas and facilities;</li><li>in designing the information centre and its guidance systems;</li><li>in designing communal areas, and</li><li>for the service team's outlook.</li></ul>We are responsible for land-use management. We are responsible for the quality of rooms, infrastructure and furnishings. We are responsible for the operational execution of infrastructural processes. We are responsible for the structuring and realization of preventative security measures for people at TU Graz. We set the guidelines and structures for users on the grounds of TU Graz and are responsible for controlling the implementation: <ul><li>for fire safety;</li><li>for the renovation of buildings;</li><li>for safety technology;</li><li>for the evaluation of workstations, and</li><li>for the ergonomic design of workstations.</li></ul>We are responsible for the efficient use of available resources and develop measures to increase efficiency.
