Abstract
E-learning is a complementary channel for learners to acquire relevant knowledge. On the basis of an example e-learning environment (STUDYBATTLES) we show how configuration-related knowledge can be transferred to end-users (e.g., sales representatives) as well as to knowledge engineers. In addition, we discuss an
approach to automatically generate product domain as well as engineering learning content to be used in STUDYBATTLES. Finally, we report the results of an initial qualitative study on the applicability of STUDYBATTLES.
