Abstract
A wireless router, equipped with a test port that reports the activity of active CPU threads, is used to study soft-failures caused by ESD. The test port shows the system functions being called by active threads via a 6 Mbit/sec serial interface. The effect of ESD on the activity and interaction of the threads is analyzed using graph visualization methods.
