TelcoPTS - Telecommunication Payload Test System

A new generic Telecommunication Payload Test System (PTS) for future Satellite payloads is developed by an industry partner A main part of the PTS is the generation of appropriate test signals to verify the performance of the transponder, e.g. gain transfer, spectral purity, linearity. Within this project funded by the Austrian National Space Program (ASAP) an efficient scheme to generate such multi-tone test signals is worked out and finally integrated into the overall system produced by Siemens.
