Description
For those in charge of municipal roads, it is often not clear how to handle risks of natural rock fall. Questions and concerns not only relate to legal aspects but also to how to assess operability by considering geologic and geotechnical conditions. In several subprojects, a guideline shall be elaborated. It shall show how to map and assess rock fall risks or events in a transparent, complete and efficient way. Suggestions for economically reasonable, sustainable and efficient measures shall complete the guideline.
