Project Details
Description
Small Angle X-Ray Scattering (SAXS) provides information about structure, size and size distribution of various samples like nanoparticles, liposomes, micelles, proteins, lipoproteins, etc. with sizes up to 100 nm. The structure of nanostructured surfaces or thin films can be determined by Grazing-Incidence Small Angel X-Ray Scattering (GISAXS).
