Public pool Eggenberg, Graz

The subject of the research project is the ground of the public pool in Graz, Eggenberg.. The requirements concerning a public pool have changed over the years. The recent developments of wellness areas and fun activities force the operators to new concepts. The ground with a nice view on the nearby mountains is situated between an open field, a sports ground and some gardens of an open villa site. On the fourth side is the edge of a dense Gründerzeit quarter. The heterogeneous situation offers a wide range of different opportunities for the new public pool. With in the research 45 projects have been developed. They are published in documentation.
