Moving Loads in an all-electric world Electrically driven trucks are the future for inner-city transport. Current traditional hydraulic strategies for actuating cranes bring inherent inefficiencies and losses draining the energy supply of the truck without doing actual work. We need to find new ways that don’t use hydraulics or use hydraulic power highly efficiently for moving loads and actuating load bearing arms/systems.
