Project Details

Description

The aim of this project is to develop a flexible and cost-effective core chip for building phased array antennas in the Ka band, as well as the construction of a phased array antenna as a demonstrator. This chip and the realizable phased array antennas are a key technology for developing Detect-and-Avoid Radar systems for autonomous UAS. Furthermore due to its flexibility, the chip will be suitable for use in 5G phased array applications.
