Optimizing the production of wheel loader; variant study for steelworks

This project aims at a critical "inspection" of the production processes in the manufacturing area for wheel loaders at the Liebherr factory Bischofshofen / Austria. The analysis of a present state, which includes the entire manufacturing area of steelwork, the "weak points" and potentials for improvement are made evident. In conclusion of this analysis part of the production is technologically investigated (modern technologies) and commercially optimized. This "Vision" is finally presented, and recommendations for selected investments are given.
