Onboarding processes decsribe the integration of new employees in companies or organisations in the most effective and optimal way. The NEON project addresses the problems of such social and educational complex processes by providing a technology supported serive for customers. The key idea is to support and guidance the development of digital media and learning materials in a smart way.
