Description

The project deals with the evaluation of undesired mineral oil contaminations in food anlong the the whole chain of production from raw materials to the final products.
In addition new analytical methods will be developed to get more information about the composition of these complex mixtures. This should deliver valuable information for toxicological risk assessment.
