Project: Research project

Project Details

Description

The ISV calibrates origin-destination matrices based on mobliephone data using cross-sectional vehicle counts and passenger counts. The study is part of the Vienna 2020+ cordon survey to determine the number of people entering Vienna every day on all access roads and railway lines. Statistical methods are used for data analysis and data harmonisation. As a result, the number of people crossing the city border of Vienna is expected to be differentiated according to access corridor, group of hours as well as passenger cars and public transport.
