Description
The researching project was supported by the Austrian Partnership Programme in Higher Education & Research (appear) implemented by OEAD, to create a connection between the Institute of Housing of the TU Graz and the University of Cap Verde.
The main subject was the quality of the informal settlements,
their advantages and disadvantages. Analysis, strategies and designs were created in the lectures together with the students.
