Description

In co-operation with Anton Paar GmbH attachments for a four circle X-ray goniometers are developed. The attachments reach temperatures up to 1100°C and is suitable for texture, stress measurements by X-ray diffraction at elevated temperatures. Two producs are developed within this project: the DHS900 and the DHS1100, both projects are available commercially via the company Anton Par GmbH, Graz.
