HF17-041_DeMoDach_Procedure for the detection and monitoring of moisture in flat roof constructions with EPS

Investigation of an innovative method for determination and monitoring of moisture in roof constructions with EPS insulation materials. The use of insulation such as EPS also in roof constructions has increased strongly. In the case of leaks there is the problem that the moisture is not homogeneously distributed in such constructions but is often present in a thermally vagabond way. Within the scope of this project it will be investigated, how far an idea introduced by the research partner for the determination of the moisture in such roofs is suitable or if possible modification possibilities are found.
