Project Details
Description
A simulation tool was developed which allows the best possible dimensioning of the components of a hybrid vehicle and which especially enables the user to generate an operating strategy for the hybrid drive train optimised for fuel consumption and exhaust gas emissions. The tool is based on the existing vehicle model PHEM. All steps in the simulation were accompanied and validated by application work and test bed runs on a prototype of a diesel-hybrid car.
