Description
Heat transfer is an essential physical process in many technical applications. The group has specific experience with the experimental investigation of heat transfer to flowing fluids without or with phase transition from the liquid to the gaseous state. Specific experimental equipment for these investigations exists at the institute. The related modelling of these processes is carried out in Division "Modelling and Numerical Simulation", which brings a close cooperation between the working groups.
