Description
Hydrogen-deuterium exchange coupled to mass spectrometry (HDX-MS) is a powerful technique to address the conformational dynamics of proteins. To enable the acquisition and analysis of corresponding experiments in a local collaborative environment in Graz, we have applied for funding for the corresponding instrumentation. This initiative will complement other tools of structural biology and thereby contribute to the future development of integrative structural biology in Graz.
