Glacier - Cross comparison of different methods to derive glacier mass balance using multi-source satellite data

New algorithms shall be developed to calculate glacier mass balance using three different methods (a) altimetry data, (b) differencing of digital elevation models (DEMs) and by (c) accumulation area ratio (AAR) change observations using SAR data. The methods and results shall be validated and calibrated using in-situ measurements and mass balance models.
