Generalbebauung - General Building Plan

The aim of this project is to develop a functional and integral production layout for wood and metal processing. This includes a river-fair structuring (material, person flows), a purposeful elaboration of the surface and space use of the building structures and the safety device of development possibilities of surfaces and buildings to ensure flexibility of the surfaces. The result should be a block layout of the relevant areas. Goal: • Material flow analysis based on machines/technology • Development of a river-compatible and structured (material, people) block layout with all relevant areas on a macro level (production, offices, canteen, car park) • Area design for production areas (based on actual areas and checks using random samples for individual production areas) • Functional connection of secondary use areas (canteen, offices) • Definition or integration of main transport axes • Benchmark of best practice concepts for company kindergartens, recreation centres and canteens
