Function concepts for clean room technology

The aim of a first stage of this strategic project is to develop and evaluate new concepts for an efficient clean room technology. The basis for this are a literature survey, patent studies, and basic scientific investigations, which are carried out at the various academic partner institutions. In particular, the project follows two aims: (1) to evaluate concepts for new clean room systems, and (2) to develop new anti-microbial surfaces, which may be suitable for use in clean room technologies.
