Description
ESTEEM2 is an integrated infrastructure network of electron microscopy facilities providing access for the academic and industrial research community in the physical sciences to the most powerful TEM techniques available at the nanoscale.
The Institute for Electron Microscopy concentrates on new developments of advanced STEM imaging and electron energy-loss spectrometry and provides access to the ASTEM (Austrian Scanning Transmission Electron Microscopy) for researchers from other European countries.
