Digital Libraries and Information Systems

Digital Libraries cover the * creation * visualisation * management, and * reuse of digital objects and relations of these objects. Different types of content leads to different challenges: techniques for searching in text-based content are established, however, searching in 3D-models is a hot topic. But there are also challenges in the field of text-objects: customisation-, personalisation- and recommendation-techniques as well as nicely, easy to read visualised content-objects are an issue. To solve problems in the this field current web-techniques are used.
