Description

Development of RF circuits in LTCC (Low Temperature Cofired Ceramic) technology. Most of this work has been carried out in cooperation with EPCOS OHG in Deutschlandsberg. Several diploma theses in the field of microwave engineering resulted from this cooperation. RF circuits for wireless communications systems are simulated and developed. Since September 2003 exists an additional cooperation in this area with the company FMS-Datenfunk. In a PhD-thesis a radio based fleet management system will be developed. New master-theses (in 2005 and 2006) in this field enrich this cooperation with EPCOS.
