Development and Realization of Test Rigs

A main working and research area oft institute is the development and realization of test rigs for the evaluation of mechanical components and structures in terms of fatigue strength and system reliability. The complete development cycle for such test systems can be carried out at the fatigue testing facility of the institute, consisting of construction, modeling and simulation of the mechanical structures, load application by e.g. servohydraulic cylinders, and the necessary control system and measurement solution. Developed test rigs can be realized and mounted at the fatigue testing facility of the institute to carry out fatigue strenght evaluations and vibrational tests of mechanical components/structures.
