CompElev - Digital Competence Elevator for Save, Secure and Smart Enterprises

There is an undisputed need for training in the core areas of digitization, smart factory and cyber security. There are training programs in this area, but most of them are very specialized, isolated and far removed from the important social and network-based dimensions for a successful transformation. Within the framework of the CompElev qualification network, the specific qualification needs in the areas of smart factory and cyber security were identified and a customized modular qualification program was developed for the partner companies and their employees.
