      Description

      The chromium content of more than 100 analysed foodstuffs is relatively low and the most foods have a content below 0.1 ppm. Only spices, cacao, tea, poppy and whole meal products contain higher contents. The result of a duplicate diet study (10 probands) was in average 34.5 microgram Cr/d.
