Investigation of the influence of hydrogen admission on gas engine combustion concepts (lean-burn concepts, alternative combustion concepts)
- Analysis of measurement data from the single-cylinder research engine
- Simulation of the multicylinder engine in a commercially available 1D simulation software package
- Investigation of the reaction kinetics of various gas mixtures in Cantera
- Development of strategies to deploy internal exhaust gas recirculation and investigation of the influence on the combustion concept
