Description
Shape synthesis is the general process of generating 3D objects, which ranges from stone masonry over architecture to automotive and industrial design. All these seemingly different fields greatly benefit from digital design tools. But despite the different shapes, might there be a common underlying formalism that is useful for ALL of these domains? - This question can only be answered through analyzing existing shapes and shape families.
