Research interests

Thin film (organic and inorganic) deposition adopting plasma-based and plasma-free vapor-phase techniques, i.e., plasma enhanced-chemical vapor deposition (PE-CVD), (plasma assisted) atomic layer deposition (ALD), initiated-chemical vapor deposition (i-CVD).

Thin film charaterization by means of spectroscopic ellipsometry, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and porosimetry measurements.
