Profile Information

Research at the Institute of Materials Physics of Graz University of Technology is devoted to basic and applied materials physics with foci on energy materials and nanomaterials as well as on defects and transformations of materials. Emphasis on teaching lies on the topics Thermodynamics, Radiation Physics, Electronics and Materials Physics in addition to basic physics courses.
