Constitutive Modelling of Anisotropic Soft Rocks

Activity: Talk or presentationTalk at workshop, seminar or courseScience to science

Description

The requirements for constitutive modelling of HSSR materials are the consideration of inherent and induced anisotropy, a stiffness -stress dependency, non-linearity of the material behaviour and a small-strain stiffness. Within this presentation the limitations of standard anisotropic continuum models are discussed and the comprehensive cross-anisotropic hyperelastic brick model by Marcin Cudny is introduced to the listeners
