Beschreibung
The aim of this research project is on one hand the determination of the variation of the physiologically active components in pumpkin seeds and on the other hand the increase of the productivity. This work is done in cooperation with a breeding company. The substances of interest are the oil content, fatty acid composition, vitamin E, phytosterols, squalene, and carotenoids.
