Principal-Agent Simulation Tool for Purchasing

This project is complementary to our research project "Performance Measurement and Incentive Systems in Purchasing". Goal is to develop concepts and prototypes for a simulation tool for the purchasing processes in companies. The primary focus of this simulation tool is on the relationship between incentive systems for buyers and results for the company. Furthermore the concept will also be capable of simulating and analyzing other relationships within the company-buyer-salesman-supplier environment.
