Beschreibung

Numerical methods have become a standard tool in geotechnical engineering not only to assess displacements and stress under working load conditions but also for Ultimate Limit State analysis (ULS). In this project the compatibility of he various design approaches with numerical methods are investigated, in particular for deep excavation and shallow tunnelling projects.
